Which currency is billed, and how is it paid?
The subscription is billed in USD and paid by card. The monthly plan has no commitment; on the yearly period the whole amount is charged in advance.
Is tax included in the prices?
No. The prices on the plans are before tax; tax is added on top according to your billing address.
Can I change my plan later?
You upgrade from the panel's Modules screen; an upgrade takes effect at once and your existing records are never deleted. If you want to move down, write to us. You can also add single modules without changing plan and raise limits with a quota pack; both are charged for the rest of the period.
What counts towards the vehicle quota?
The cars registered in your fleet use the quota. A car you retire leaves the quota and the plate stays with you; bringing it back uses a quota place. The number of vehicle models is a separate limit.
What counts towards the user quota?
Every person you add to the team uses a seat, and every invitation you send uses a seat too.
