AI

The AI writes the content, you approve it.

One button for delivery point and vehicle model copy: you choose which fields get written, the suggestions land beside the text you have, and you carry over the ones you like. You press Save. It runs on your own OpenAI key.

AT THE DESK TODAY

The copywriting waits in a queue, again in every language.

  • Descriptions and SEO fields left empty

Every vehicle model and every delivery point needs a description, an SEO title and a meta description in each language. As the fleet grows these fields start to stay empty.

  • Translation becomes a job of its own

Having a text translated into the other languages, or pasting it into boxes by hand, starts over each time the text changes.

  • Writing for each city takes time

The same car wants a different page at a branch in another city. Writing copy model by model for every branch sinks to the bottom of the list.

YOU STAY IN CONTROL

A suggestion arrives, the decision stays with you.

Fill with AI and SEO quick edit never save anything. The text lands in the form and you press Save.

  1. Watch it write, stop whenever you like

The fields you chose are written one after another and the step it is on is shown. While it runs the same button cannot be pressed a second time. If you press Stop the browser stops waiting and the suggestions that have arrived stay with you; the server may finish the job and the cost lands on your own OpenAI account.

  2. Read what you have beside what it suggests

For each field the current text and the suggestion sit in two columns. You can edit the suggestion in its box and untick a field you do not want. The button under the list writes only the ticked ones into the form. The Fill with AI dialog never writes the name, H1, address and slug fields.

  3. A suggestion that breaks the rules comes back on one field

Generated text goes through a writing check. A field that fails comes back with an error line and only that field is asked again with Try again; the other suggestions stay where they are. The instructions forbid the model to write prices, opening hours, addresses, deposits, insurance, availability and distances.

  4. Every request lands in the audit log

The log says who asked for a draft, for which record, in which fields and in which language. A request that fails the writing check shows up as a sentence of its own, so you can find out later where a text came from.

WHAT IT WRITES

The AI only steps in where there is copy to write.

Each box draws a screen that really exists in the panel.

In the panel: SEO, Keywords, Quick edit

Box by box or in one go in SEO quick edit

One button per box for the focus keyword, meta title, meta description and body: it writes an empty box and improves a full one. An address suggestion arrives and nothing is written until you press Apply; the old address redirects with a 301. Translating the default language into the others takes one button, with each language's status line by line, and Undo.

In the panel: Content, News / Blog, Write with AI

Blog posts

You write the headline and what the post covers; it is written in the background and translated into your other languages, cover optional. Your own key is billed by OpenAI; else your plan pays.

In the panel: Content, News / Blog, Generate an image with AI

Image generation

For blog covers, post, page and campaign images. It drafts the prompt from your content, you edit it; pick the aspect ratio and one to four images. Each is billed to your OpenAI account.

In the panel: Content, Footer, Translate with AI

Label translation

On the label boxes of footer and menu links, Translate with AI writes the default language's text into the others. It asks before overwriting filled boxes; if you say no, only empty ones are filled.

In the panel: Locations, Branches, Branch catalogue

Copy for a branch's city

When you copy models for a branch, Write all for the city with AI has the copy of every copied model written for that city. The jobs are queued one after another and the number queued is shown. If a model cannot be queued, that row is marked with an error.

In the panel: Settings, General, AI keys

Your own OpenAI key

The field, SEO, image and translation buttons appear only once you enter your own key; with none they are not drawn. OpenAI bills you directly, not your plan's AI allowance. A separate key and model can be set for content and translation; Test tries the connection. Fill with AI is on every plan.

QUESTIONS

About the AI.

Write to sales
What happens if I do not enter a key?
Field filling, SEO quick edit, image generation and label translation need your own OpenAI key; with no key those buttons are not drawn on screen at all. Blog posts and the content of the setup wizard are written with the platform's key when there is none, and that spends part of your plan's AI allowance. You enter the key under Settings, General.
Does the AI save anything by itself?
Fill with AI and SEO quick edit fill in the form and never save; you press Save. A blog post and the branch's Write all for the city with AI are separate flows that run in the background; you supply the topic, the headline and the tone.
Which fields does it write?
Fill with AI works on the text fields of a delivery point and a vehicle model: description, SEO title, meta description, keywords, slider description, and for points the page heading and body. It never writes the name, H1, address and slug fields, and prices, opening hours, addresses, deposits and insurance are not written into the copy.
Who pays for it?
When you enter your own key, OpenAI bills you directly and the generations do not count against your plan's monthly AI allowance. Images are counted one by one. You see the amounts in your OpenAI account.
Which language does it write in, and how does translation work?
Fill with AI works for the language tab that is open: it writes an empty field and improves a full one. On a tab that is not the default there is also an option to translate from the default language. In SEO quick edit the default language's text is translated into the others with one button.
Which plans have it?
Fill with AI is open on every plan; you only need to enter your own OpenAI key. Blog posts and setup content that use the platform's key are limited by your plan's AI allowance.

Shall we try it on one of your own vehicle models?

Request a demo; we open a model's copy together and have it written in the Fill with AI dialog, and you approve each suggestion.
