AGENCIES AND CHANNELS

Your agency sells at your price, on your terms.

Each agency or channel has an agreement of its own: commission or a net rate, who collects the money, how a booking is confirmed. The channel reads your catalogue by your codes and sends bookings through the partner API.

AT THE DESK TODAY

Agency bookings arrive by phone, WhatsApp and e-mail.

  • The terms live in an e-mail

What commission an agency was given, who holds the money and how a cancellation works sit in a thread; whoever enters the booking has to ask again each time.

  • The same car is sold from two places

When you want a car off sale for one channel you either close everything or you cannot tell anyone.

  • Codes matched by hand

The agency's system does not know your car and place names, so a matching table is kept by hand for every model and every airport.

HOW IT WORKS

A channel in four steps.

The platform offers an agreement and you read the terms and accept; the channel starts off, and you switch it on when it is ready.

  1. Read the agreement's terms

The offer waits for your answer on the channel's page. The pricing term (commission or net rate), collection, how a booking is confirmed, the hold time, the supplier code and any channel-specific cancellation rule sit in one panel. You press Accept or Decline.

  2. Map your vehicle classes

The channel reads your catalogue by codes. You give each model a four-letter ACRISS code; the panel works out a suggestion from the category, the doors and seats, the gearbox and the fuel, and you apply it with one click or all at once.

  3. Give your places codes

You write your own codes on locations and points; airport points take an IATA code as well. The channel finds the pick-up and return place by these codes.

  4. Switch the channel on, and close it alone when needed

A channel you accept starts off; when the codes and stop-sales are ready you switch Selling on. A stop-sale closes this channel only; the site and the desk keep selling.

DETAILS

The details of the agreement and the API.

In the panel: /api/partner/v1

The channel's system talks to you through the API

The partner API is the set of endpoints a channel's own system uses while its agreement is on: agreements, catalogue, search, holds, reservations and cancel. The channel reads its own bookings back by update time. The API is on the Platinum plan and its key belongs to one channel.

In the panel: Channels

A channel you accept starts off

Accept asks nothing, but the channel does not go on sale by itself: once the codes and stop-sales are set you turn the Selling switch on yourself.

In the panel: Channels

End an agreement whenever you like

Once you end it the channel can no longer book with this site; bookings already made stay as they are. Reopening needs a new offer from the platform.

In the panel: Channels, Channel codes

Extras go by code too

The baby seat, additional driver or cover a customer picks on the channel reaches you under the code you gave it.

In the panel: Channels, the channel's page

The cancellation rule can differ by channel

A cancellation rule in the agreement replaces your site's: the free window, the cancellation fee and the no-show fee are written on the channel's page. Without one, your site's rule applies.

QUESTIONS

About agencies and channels.

If the answer is not here, write to the sales team.

Write to sales
Who sets the commission?
The platform writes the terms and you accept them. If a term changes, the agreement comes back for your answer; bookings already made keep their own terms, so the commission stays as it was when the booking was taken.
What is the difference between commission and a net rate?
With commission the channel sells your price and keeps a percentage. With a net rate the channel pays you a net price and may add its own margin on top; in the agreement that margin reads like Net rate +%5.
Who collects the money?
It is written into the agreement: paid at the desk, the channel collects, or the channel collects part. With payment at the desk the customer pays you when the car is handed over.
Which agencies and brokers have a ready connection?
We do not offer a ready broker connection today, and we are not a marketplace. The agreement, the codes, channel-only stop-sales and the partner API are in place; a connection to a particular broker is made separately, to that broker's own technical specification.
Can anyone use the API?
No. A key is issued to each channel, the endpoints do not answer while an agreement is off or ended, and the API is on the Platinum plan. The addresses a channel may call from can be limited with an IP allowlist.

Shall we manage your agencies from the panel?

Ask for a demo; we will open an agreement's terms and codes together.
